Fallon 'has been 100 years of neighbors helping neighbors'

Fallon's Birth Certificate: Fallon's birth was celebrated Thursday, Dec. 18 at the newly-developed Oats Park Centennial Stage. A large mock-up of the the birth certificate provides details of Fallon's incorporation 100 years ago. The mock- up indicates that Fallon was born to Eliza Brenner and Michael Fallon with a population of 1,350 citizens located on 640 acres.
